Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring WPS Onboarding Promoters for the e& money team to support our salary disbursement (WPS and V-IBAN) outreach initiative across blue-collar communities. Promoters will be responsible for educating and assisting blue-collar segment with downloading and registering for the e& money application, ensuring smooth onboarding and post-registration support.


  1. Guide labourers in downloading and registering for the e& money mobile app
  2. Clearly explain product benefits and usage (WPS, V-IBAN, prepaid cards, etc.)
  3. Respond to basic queries and escalate issues to the call center or line managers
  4. Maintain field logs and send regular onboarding status reports via email
  5. Support campaign activities (flyer distribution, awareness drives, etc.)
  6. Coordinate with e& money’s internal and channel partner teams when needed

Desired Candidate Profile


Minimum 1–2 years of field promotion or fintech experience (preferred)

Familiarity with fintech apps and mobile onboarding processes

Decent spoken communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu, and/or native languages

Ability to draft and send emails professionally

Prior work with e& Group’s distribution or channel partner teams is a strong plus
