Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of vessel operation, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maritime laws.
  • Lead and manage the crew, fostering teamwork and maintaining high morale to deliver exceptional service.
  • Plan and execute navigation routes, using advanced charting and navigation technology to ensure safe passage.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure the yacht is fully equipped and operational for voyages.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the yachting industry, showcasing progressive responsibility.
  • Valid STCW certification and Yacht Master qualification, demonstrating adherence to international maritime standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong navigational skills with proficiency in using GPS, radar, and other advanced marine technology.
