Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize Zoho CRM, Books, and Projects to support legal operations.

  • Develop custom modules, workflows, automation, APIs, dashboards, and reporting solutions.

  • Lead data migration projects, including mapping, ETL processes, validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and quality assurance.

  • Implement AI-powered solutions such as client intake chatbots, document analysis tools, legal research assistants, contract review automation, and workflow agents.

  • Integrate Zoho with external platforms, including AI services such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Google AI.

  • Manage system administration, user access, security controls, backups, performance monitoring, and technical support.

  • Ensure compliance with legal confidentiality requirements, data protection regulations, and industry security standards.

  • Create technical documentation, deliver user training, and recommend technology enhancements to support business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years of software development experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Projects customization and development.

  • Experience with APIs, integrations, database design, reporting, and analytics.

  • Proven track record delivering complex data migration projects.

  • Experience building AI-enabled applications, chatbots, workflow automation, and AI service integrations.

  • Understanding of legal operations, compliance requirements, confidentiality obligations, and legal technology workflows.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.


    Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Zoho certifications (CRM, Books, Projects, or Developer).

  • Experience with legal technology platforms, document management systems, Agile methodologies, or SaaS environments.

  • Familiarity with legal AI applications and compliance frameworks.
