Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications (Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, etc.) based on business requirements
• Design and implement workflows, automation, custom functions, and scripts using Deluge • Integrate Zoho applications with third-party software, APIs, and external systems
• Collaborate closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize Zoho applications for performance, reliability, and scalability • Maintain clear documentation for applications, workflows, processes, and integrations
• Provide ongoing support and training to end-users as required
• Maintain awareness of new Zoho features, updates, and integrations to ensure the full potential of the Zoho ecosystem.
Desired Candidate Profile
Knowledge of Zoho Analytics and reporting tools.
Familiarity with Zoho Flow for process automation.
