Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and develop stunning 3D interior designs for furniture, considering space planning, functionality, and aesthetics.
  • Create detailed shop drawings with precise measurements, specifications, and construction details for furniture production.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, translating them into tangible design solutions.
  • Select and specify furniture, materials, finishes, and lighting fixtures, ensuring alignment with design concepts and client needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field is required, providing a strong foundation in design principles.

  • Possession of relevant certifications such as NCIDQ or equivalent is highly desirable, demonstrating professional competence.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in interior design, with a focus on furniture design and shop drawings.

  • Proven experience in creating detailed shop drawings for furniture manufacturing, ensuring accurate fabrication.

  • Knowledge of 3D Interior Designing, Sketchup, 3D Max, AutoCAD and Rendering including creating a walk-though model are must to have.
