Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The 3D Rendering Visualizer is responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, and design presentations for healthcare projects such as hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities. The role involves transforming architectural concepts, healthcare planning layouts, and technical drawings into realistic, photo-quality images and animations to support client presentations, design development, and stakeholder engagement. The visualizer works closely with architects, healthcare planners, and project teams to communicate design intent and enhance decision-making in complex healthcare projects.

3D Modeling & Rendering

  • Develop 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and animations for healthcare facility projects.
  • Create interior and exterior visualizations, focusing on functional healthcare spaces (waiting areas, patient rooms, OTs, ICUs, OPDs).
  • Translate CAD/Revit drawings and sketches into realistic 3D visuals.
  • Produce virtual walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and interactive visualizations for client presentations.

Design Presentation Support

  • Collaborate with architects and healthcare planners to visualize design concepts, space adjacencies, and patient/staff flows.
  • Create mood boards, material palettes, and lighting simulations to support design discussions.
  • Prepare high-quality graphics, layouts, and rendered views for proposals, tender submissions, and client presentations.

Technical & Coordination

  • Coordinate with architecture, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure accuracy in visual representations.
  • Apply healthcare-specific detailing (e.g., IPC-compliant finishes, medical equipment layouts, patient flow design) in renderings.
  • Manage 3D visualization files, libraries, and assets in alignment with project standards.

Innovation & Standards

  • Keep up to date with the latest visualization tools, techniques, and rendering technologies.
  • Suggest innovative visualization methods (AR/VR, BIM-based visualization, immersive presentations) for healthcare projects.

Ensure all visual outputs reflect realistic materials, lighting, and human scale for healthcare environments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualization, Multimedia, or related field.
    • +5 years of experience in architectural visualization, preferably with exposure to healthcare facility projects.
    • Portfolio showcasing high-quality renderings, walkthroughs, and 3D visualizations.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Proficiency in 3D visualization software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Rhino).
    • Expertise in rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion).
    • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM models for 3D translation.
    • Graphic presentation skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Understanding of healthcare design principles and detailing is a strong advantage.
    • Ability to produce realistic textures, lighting, and environmental effects.
