Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders, animations, and walkthroughs for both architectural and interior design projects.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to visualize concepts across various stages of design development.
- Create and present mood boards, material palettes, and lighting compositions that align with the overall project vision.
- Maintain an organized render library and file management system to support smooth project workflows.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs in alignment with project schedules and design standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Design, or a related field is mandatory.
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience as a 3D Visualizer in a design consultancy or real estate development environment.
- Expertise in software including 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other visualization tools.
