Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Execute the accounts receivable function, including invoicing, billing, and collections processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate generation and issuance of invoices.
  • Reconcile A/R bank accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Prepare the overdue accounts report and proactively follow up with customers to facilitate timely payments.
  • Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger regularly to maintain accurate and complete financial records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies and address customer inquiries.
  • Financial closing & prepare periodic financial reports related to accounts receivable.
  • Prepare month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the same field.
  • Previous experience in educational field is a plus.
  • CMA is preferred.
  • Proven track skills in cash management.
  • Knowledge of relevant accounting ERP systems & software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and cooperative attitude.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Good command of English & Arabic.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and spreadsheet.
