Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Abacus lessons using a structured curriculum, adapting teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles of students.
- Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement in their Abacus skills.
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages students to enjoy learning and develop a passion for mental math.
- Prepare and organize teaching materials, including Abacus tools, worksheets, and visual aids to support the lessons.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in teaching principles.
- Holds a recognized Abacus certification, showcasing specialized knowledge and expertise in the subject matter.
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Abacus to children, indicating practical experience in the classroom setting.
- Demonstrates fluency in English (and potentially other languages), facilitating clear communication with students and parents.
