Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues in air conditioning systems, optimizing performance and efficiency.
  • Manage a team of technicians, providing training, guidance, and support to enhance their technical skills and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of equipment.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary parts and materials, maintaining inventory levels for efficient operations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for HVAC projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions while meeting quality and timeline expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze data on system performance, making recommendations for improvements and upgrades as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations, adapting practices to align with advancements.
  • Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities, project progress, and team performance for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems management, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.
  • Experience in commercial HVAC systems is preferred, showcasing the ability to handle larger and more complex installations.
  • Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of additional languages can enhance communication with diverse clients.
  • Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, with proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership qualities, capable of motivating and guiding a team to achieve common goals effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing timely solutions.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various environments.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
