Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage AMC contracts for:
- Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm systems (shops, warehouses, offices, villa, yacht)
- Boilers, chillers, compressors, water tanks (Jafza), and irrigation systems
- Oversee quarterly PPM for all AC systems and ensure physical supervision is done effectively
- Coordinate with contractors and malls from quotation stage to negotiation and execution
- Monitor performance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP systems
- Maintain site reports, inspection logs, and progress updates
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks
- Liaise with main contractors, mall management or stakeholders if any.
- Attend site meetings and address operational concerns promptly
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and scope of work
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong technical knowledge of all MEP systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; capable of creating and editing MEP drawings
- Ability to read and understand architectural and technical plans
- Familiarity with local authority codes (DEWA, DM, Civil Defense)
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Working knowledge of project documentation and reporting
- Experience preparing as-built drawings and O&M manuals
- Ability to produce, update, and manage shop drawings
- Coordination with design engineers for layout modifications as needed
- Ensure compliance with all drawing standards and local regulations
