AC Technician Cum Driver Yogi Group

Ø Understanding client’s requirements for repair and maintenance works primarily relating to HVAC systems.

Ø Inspecting structures to assess functional systems and detect malfunctions, make repair notes and recommended solutions.

Ø Inspecting asset list and determine if any repairs or modification need to be made.

Ø Processing and responding to maintenance requests, and escalating specialized requests to HVAC.

Ø Performing and managing routine building maintenance tasks, including HVAC repair and maintenance.

Ø Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.

Ø Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and.

Ø Installing, maintaining, repairing, cleaning ventilation and air conditioning systems & equipment and performing warranty services.

Ø Ensuring compliance with appliance & service standards, work instructions and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Ø Coordinating with Building Maintenance Co-coordinator and Engineer to get the required work completed.

Ø Ensuring that the work is carried out to the customer’s satisfaction.

Ø Preparing cost estimates and invoices for the required work as and when required and as instructed by the Engineer.

Ø Collecting payments from clients / customers, handing over to the accounts department.

Ø Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

Ø Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.

Ø Supervising the Maintenance team deployed in the vehicle and providing handholding support to them whenever required.
