Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Installation, maintenance, and repair of Split AC, Window AC, Duct Split AC, Package Units, and Standing Type AC systems · Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in all types of AC units efficiently · Perform routine servicing, including dismantling, cleaning, and reassembly of units · Handle compressor installation (1.5 Ton to 8 Ton) and gas charging · Perform nitrogen flushing and ensure proper system cleaning procedures · Read and understand electrical drawings and handle electrical connections/circuitry · Ensure all work is completed as per safety standards and company procedures
Desired Candidate Profile
· 3 to 7 years of UAE experience in a similar role · Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and components · Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently · Good understanding of electrical systems related to HVAC · Physically fit and capable of working in demanding environments · UAE Driving License is an added advantage Salary & Benefits: · Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month · Company-provided accommodation and transportation · Health insurance as per UAE labor law · Annual leave with air ticket/fare · Overtime as per company policy Preferred Skills: · Good communication skills · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines · Team player with a proactive approach
