The AC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various air conditioning systems (Split, Window, Centralized, and Package units). The goal is to ensure maximum cooling efficiency and air quality while maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preventative Maintenance: Performing routine "deep cleans" (pressure washing coils), checking gas levels, cleaning filters, and clearing drainage lines to prevent leaks.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults (e.g., compressor failures, PCB issues, or capacitor burnouts).

  • Repair & Recovery: Replacing faulty parts and performing refrigerant charging ($R410A$, $R22$, etc.) according to environmental standards.

  • Reporting: Explaining the issue clearly to the customer and providing a breakdown of work completed for company records.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Split, Ducted, and Centralized AC systems. Knowledge of Chiller units is a significant advantage in Dubai/Sharjah.

  • Education: ITI, Diploma in HVAC, or equivalent technical certification.

  • Physical Fitness: Ability to work in high temperatures and at heights (balconies/rooftops) safely.

  • Communication: Functional English is essential for interacting with customers; ability to explain a technical problem in simple terms.

Technical Skills Checklist

When interviewing, ensure they can answer or demonstrate the following:

  1. Brazing/Soldering: Can they join copper pipes without leaks?

  2. Multimeter Usage: Can they check for continuity and voltage to find electrical shorts?

  3. Pressure Testing: Do they know how to use Nitrogen to find stubborn leaks?

Work Benefits
