Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1- Install, maintain, and repair various types of air conditioning systems, including split units, window ACs, ducted systems, and central cooling units.
2- Test AC system performance and adjust settings for optimal cooling efficiency and energy use.
3-Repair or replace defective components like compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, switches, and wiring.
4-Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete tasks on time.
5-Follow company safety standards and adhere to UAE regulations and guidelines.
6-Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean, safe, and well-organized.
Desired Candidate Profile
1- Strong knowledge of split units, window ACs, ducted systems, and central cooling units.
2- Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service instructions.
3- Physically fit and able to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
4-UAE experience or GCC experience preferred (but freshers in UAE can also apply if skilled)
5- Minimum ITI/Diploma/Technical Certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
