You ll attend equipment start up on site to troubleshoot HVAC equipment, interpret electrical drawings/wiring schematics, and ensure safe energization before handover.

Install, commission, and service split, ducted, cassette, and package AC systems.

Perform preventive maintenance: coil cleaning, filter replacement, belt checks, lubrication, drain line clearing.

Execute refrigeration tasks: nitrogen pressure testing, deep vacuum, refrigerant recovery/charging, and leak detection.

Diagnose electrical issues using multimeter/megger; rectify loose connections and component faults (contactors, relays, capacitors, sensors).

Interpret electrical drawings and wiring schematics to support diagnostics and commissioning.

Read drawings and route copper piping/insulation neatly; ensure proper supports and sealing.

Balance airflow; verify supply/return temperatures and record superheat/subcooling.

Complete job cards, service reports, material requisitions, and photo/video documentation.

Follow lockout/tagout, PPE, and site HSE procedures; maintain clean, safe worksites.

Coordinate with supervisors/clients for site access, permits, and shutdowns.

Be present during equipment start up at site to troubleshoot HVAC equipment (electrical/controls/refrigeration) and ensure safe energization.

Support AHU/FAHU cleaning and minor service tasks as needed.

Maintain tools, instruments, and company assets in good condition; report calibrations.

Travel to multiple sites across UAE; occasional after hours support or emergency call outs.
