Description:

The Academic Affairs Manager oversees and supports the Academic Affairs team, ensuring educational programs' effective development and delivery. The role includes managing curriculum development, student administration, testing, faculty development, and training and knowledge systems management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Middle East experience.
  • Experience with the use of a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, charts, and other required products.
  • Demonstrated past performance and experience in leading an organizational staff to achieve organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated past performance in developing organizational plans, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer professionally and courteously.
