Key Responsibilities of the Academic Counselor Role
- Provide personalized academic counseling to students and families across Dubai.
- Assess student performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, and create customized action plans.
- Work closely with teachers and staff to foster an optimal learning environment.
- Monitor academic progress and deliver regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Support students with college and career counseling, including university applications, scholarship searches, and test preparation.
- Plan and deliver workshops and seminars on study skills, exam preparation, and time-management strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful as an Academic Counselor at Tutoring Club Dubai, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in counseling, education, psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in academic counseling, student advising, or career guidance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with students and families.
- Proven organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and education-related software.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to guide students toward long-term success.
