Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Innovation
- Collaborate with top educators to design high-impact learning materials for live and recorded classes.
- Develop creative, visually engaging teaching aids, after-school assignments, quizzes, and ready reckoners.
- Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and enhances student engagement and performance.
2. Content Standardization & Quality Assurance
- Define and enforce content quality benchmarks across all grades and subjects.
- Implement a robust quality check process to ensure all academic materials meet institutional standards.
- Safeguard content integrity and ensure no inappropriate or low-quality materials reach learners.
3. Organizational Effectiveness & Process Excellence
- Build, refine, and manage systems and processes related to academic content for the K-12 segment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure smooth academic operations across all centers.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic academic initiatives.
4. Strategic & Academic Leadership
- Drive innovation in learning methodologies to enhance student outcomes and learning experiences.
- Guide academic teams on best practices for effective content delivery and learner engagement.
- Plan and conduct seminars, webinars, and academic events with top faculties to promote student learning and motivation.
5. Faculty & Student Management
- Oversee faculty performance, ensure training and mentoring as required.
- Implement effective student feedback systems to measure and improve teaching quality.
- Monitor student results across centres and take strategic steps to enhance academic performance.
