Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement academic programs that align with the institution's mission and student needs, ensuring a balance between innovation and quality.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Monitor academic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in education.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and review curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and addresses emerging trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic background.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in academic management or higher education administration.
- Proven track record of successful curriculum development and program implementation in an academic setting.
- Strong understanding of accreditation processes and educational standards, with experience in compliance management.
