Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of academic programs to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

Develop, implement, and monitor academic policies, procedures, and best practices.

Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to support curriculum development and program improvement.

Coordinate scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics for academic activities and events.

Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional regulations.

Analyze academic performance data and generate reports for continuous improvement.

Lead and mentor academic support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.

Manage budgets and resources for academic departments, ensuring optimal utilization.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 7 years of experience in academic operations, program management, or a related field.

Proven track record of managing academic or educational programs in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.

Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
