Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Academic Planning & Curriculum Development

  • Develop curriculum structures, course plans, and detailed lesson plans.
  • Ensure alignment with the academy s Edutainment-based learning approach.
  • Train teachers and supervisors on academic plan delivery.

Teacher Performance Audit

  • Conduct class observations and assess teaching performance.
  • Provide clear feedback and track progress.

Supervisor Audit & Monitoring

  • Audit supervisors performance, reporting accuracy, and adherence to academic plans.
  • Submit weekly and monthly audit reports to the Quality Manager.

Student Performance Tracking

  • Monitor student outcomes across branches and identify learning gaps.
  • Coordinate improvement plans with teachers and supervisors.

Data-Driven Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on teacher performance, supervisor audits, student outcomes, and branch-level quality indicators.
  • Present findings to the Quality Manager.

Branch Field Visits

  • Oversee academic quality across branches.
  • Visit the Tanta branch once or twice per month to ensure consistency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in academic supervision, educational quality assurance, or curriculum/teaching development.
  • Strong understanding of academic processes and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
