Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and adherence to curriculum standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of educational programs, providing feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions for educators.
- Oversee classroom management practices and provide mentorship to teachers on effective teaching strategies.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers to enhance and update academic content based on student needs and educational trends.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and assessments to maintain academic excellence.
- Address and resolve academic or behavioral issues in collaboration with teachers, students, and parents.
- Prepare and present reports on academic performance, progress, and areas for development to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and creativity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an educational or academic supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teaching staff effectively.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work full-time and on-site in a fast-paced educational environment.
- Experience with educational technology and digital learning tools is an advantage.
- Commitment to fostering a creative and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing educational needs and priorities.
