Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver one-to-one academic support sessions at home, in school, or online.
  • Assist children with homework, projects, and exam preparation.
  • Encourage effective study habits, organization, and confidence.
  • Track sessions and attendance using CIPPO systems.
  • Share basic progress updates with parents.
  • Participate in training to ensure alignment with CIPPO service standards.

Requirements:

  • High School in international school American or British.
  • Strong subject knowledge in core areas such as English, Math, and Science.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with children and families.
  • Commitment to CIPPO s values of inclusion, growth, and reliability.
