1. Experience: Over three years of experience in compliance management or strategic operations, preferably in logistics or supply chain sectors.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with international partners and internal teams.
3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities,proficiency in SQL for data-driven decision-making would be a plus.
4. Motivation and Learning: Demonstrates strong self-motivation, excellent learning capabilities, teamwork, and a willingness to embrace challenges.
5. Language Proficiency: Proficient in English and open to working abroad.
