Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Provide full program leadership across all accommodation and operational streams
Oversee VVIP protocol management and coordinate diplomatic liaison activities
Act as the primary authority for crisis management, contingency planning, and real-time decision-making
Govern cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and KPI delivery
Deliver structured reporting to executive leadership and key clients
Manage vendors and partners, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and service excellence standards

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum of 10 years experience in large-scale event management, hospitality operations, or government operations
Demonstrated experience managing VVIP protocols, including Head of State or Ministerial-level engagements
Proven track record in crisis management (certification or hands-on command experience required)
Excellent command of English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage
PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred
Experience leading and managing teams of 20+ direct and indirect reports
Success KPIs
Seamless execution of accommodation operations with zero service disruptions
Exceptional VVIP satisfaction and protocol compliance
Effective crisis response with minimal operational impact
Achievement of all project milestones within scope, time, and budget
High stakeholder satisfaction across clients, partners, and internal leadership
