Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your missions:
Follow up and respond to messages on WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Update and populate the CRM, to ensure rigorous follow-up of prospects and customers.
Actively participate in the closing of deals and the conversion of opportunities into concrete sales.
Offering content adapted to our communication channels (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, etc.).
Provide administrative and organizational support, including the preparation of reports, customer follow-up, and various back-office tasks.
Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication.
Sense of organization, rigor and proactivity.
Proficiency in office automation tools and CRM.
Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A first experience in sales or customer support is a plus, especially automotive or green energy.
You like a challenge and want to evolve in a stimulating environment.
