Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client accounts by maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring accurate documentation of transactions.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and presentations, providing critical data analysis to aid decision-making.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and account managers, ensuring timely responses and resolution of inquiries.
  • Monitor account activity to identify trends and potential issues, proactively bringing them to the attention of the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred to demonstrate foundational knowledge.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or account management roles to ensure familiarity with industry practices.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Certified Accounts Assistant (CAA) or equivalent, to enhance credibility and skill set.
  • Prior experience in a corporate environment or service-based industry to better understand client needs.
