Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

●Maintain & financial data in accounting systems with accuracy and attention to detail. ●Process invoices, receipts, and payment documents for vendors and customers. ●Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and expense reports. ●Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and databases. ●Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows. ●Support payroll processing by verifying employee hours and benefit deductions. ●Prepare and organize financial documents, reports, and summaries. ●Monitor transactions for discrepancies and report findings to senior staff. ●Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing issues. ●Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. ●Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records. ●Support audit preparation by providing documentation and financial data.

Desired Candidate Profile

●Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. ●1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or finance operations. ●Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP or similar platforms. ●Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data entry. ●Understanding of basic accounting principles including debits, credits, and ledgers. ●Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. ●Strong organizational and time management skills ●Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. ●Clear written and verbal communication skills. ●Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information’s. ●Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
