Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Data entry and maintenance across Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
Adapt quickly to varied cost and production sheet formats across departments
Perform bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance
Prepare timely reconciliations and financial reports
Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions independently
Desired Candidate Profile
Clear, professional written and verbal communication in English
Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones
Proactively flag issues and keep stakeholders informed without prompting
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines
2–5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, and Excel
Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Excellent written communication skills in English. Hindi/Gujurati would be great too(but not a must; tagalog also helps communication across teams)
Ability to work independently across shifting priorities and time zones
