Roles & Responsibilities
He/She will be Leading a Sales team for Algeria. To guide, follow and set targets to achieve the overall company target.
You need to have a growth mindset to be responsible to achieve sales growth.
You transform client strategies and key questions into new business initiatives.
You manage overall client relationship with NIQ, liaising with internal departments to provide a client centric experience.
You develop a team who can manager new and existing relationships with customers to achieve sales growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
REQUIREMENTS:

As Sales Lead you will have following key accountabilities:

English C1 level

7-10 years experience

Experience in FMCG industry with background on sales

Analytical skills with a proven track record of data analysis and interpretation

Passionate about sales, hunter mindset.

Managerial experience nice to have
