Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the senior strategic partner for key clients, guiding their marketing vision and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative, world-class campaigns that set new industry benchmarks.
  • Oversee multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, creative, production, and media to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
  • Identify growth opportunities for clients, driving revenue and fostering long-term, trusted partnerships.
  • Lead high-level pitches, presentations, and proposals that demonstrate strategic thought leadership.
  • Analyze campaign performance, turning data into actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Mentor and inspire account teams, setting a high-performance culture and driving professional growth.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, client markets, and emerging opportunities to keep clients ahead of the curve.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, with a track record at top-tier agencies delivering global or regional campaigns.
  • Proven leadership experience managing high-profile clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to combine creativity and data to drive innovation.
  • Expertise in managing large-scale campaigns and complex projects with precision and excellence.
  • Strong proficiency in presenting to C-level executives and influencing business decisions.
