Roles & Responsibilities
What will I be doing?
Planning Activities (20%)
Analyze local market dynamics to build a strong account base supporting Hilton s global growth.
Identify and evaluate high-potential business opportunities across MICE and Corporate Travel segments.
Develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and clear communication across stakeholders.
Set long-term business goals and translate them into actionable annual plans.
Prioritize and activate high-opportunity segments within accounts to maximize impact
Organizing Activities (50%)
Lead resource planning, stakeholder collaboration, and activity oversight to achieve sales objectives.
Align account strategies with company revenue goals and develop targeted account plans.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate and MICE clients, managing RFPs and group requests effectively.
Ensure transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders on progress, opportunities, and challenges.
Evaluate marketing initiatives and their impact on account performance.
Strengthen hotel partnerships and coordinate strategies across global and sub-account handlers.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and regularly engage with accounts in the sales territory.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand network and visibility.
Controlling Activities (30%)
Direct and implement controls and systems.
Assess performance to ensure success and make corrective actions.
Establish and enforce policies to improve overall operations.
Follow approved processes for activities and expenses for optimal financial results.
Maintain Hilton Best Practices to ensure accurate customer account information.
Keep customer information updated through Hilton s procedures.
Provide accurate reports to review account performance and communicate future plans.
Identify new opportunities for account penetration.
Supportive Functions In addition to essential duties, the role may include:
Regular communication with hotels to ensure productive meetings and cross-referencing customer information.
Attendance at sales workshops.
Support during sales weeks and blitzes.
Support joint calls for colleagues.
Organize familiarization trips and support hotel clients attendance.
Host WebEx calls for key hotels to support conversion.
Additional tasks as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Communication & Influence: Strong presentation, writing, public speaking, and persuasive skills.
Sales & Market Expertise: Deep understanding of sales processes and expertise in MICE and Corporate Travel segments.
Account & Relationship Management: Skilled in developing new accounts, building relationships, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze financial data, solve problems collaboratively, and make informed decisions.
Leadership & Collaboration: Capable of resolving conflicts, driving change, and working across teams.
Operational Excellence: Highly organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Vision & Initiative: Proactive in setting goals, articulating a clear sales vision, showing eagerness to penetrate the market, and developing new business opportunities ethically and strategically.
Minimum Qualifications
University degree or equivalent experience.
Significant experience in customer-facing, revenue-generating roles, especially in corporate and MICE sector
Experience working in multi-cultural or international settings.
Fluency in English, Arabic, and French is a critical requirement for effective communication across diverse markets and stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently is essential to support business development.
Minimum 5 years of experience in international chain hotels or similar capacity.
