Account Executive - Arabic Speaker

Account Executive is responsible for coordinating global client training events, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves assessing course prerequisites, confirming course and contract availability, and supporting the Regional Sales Manager with pricing and agreements. The Account Executive also handles client retention, payment collection, and logistics such as visas and accommodations. They are expected to promote additional training courses, oversee training events to completion, and proactively pursue new business opportunities. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
