Roles & Responsibilities


Your Impact:
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas for an assigned territory.

  • Develop and execute a territory plan with a target prospect list and regional sales strategy.

  • Build and nurture an ecosystem of partner sellers and SEs who are excited about Illumio and actively selling with you.

  • Partner with marketing and inside sales teams to generate pipeline and qualify opportunities.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and partners.

  • Lead ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business needs and aligning Illumio s solutions to their IT roadmap.

Your Toolkit:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Commercial Account Executive or equivalent role within the IT industry.

  • Deliver compelling teaching conversations that are well tailored to each prospect s situation

  • Able to engage with urgency and capitalizing on all potential channels to sell Illumio

  • Proven success in exceeding revenue goals and new customer acquisition.

  • Experience selling with partners and managing a network of partner sellers.

  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market and Zero Trust principles.

  • Executive-level relationship management and CRM hygiene.

  • Ability to work in a matrixed support organization using virtual specialists.

  • Willingness to travel 20 50% depending on business needs.

  • Successful track record of successful selling to the C-suite (all lines of business) with a strong rolodex of contacts in region

  • Experience in a fast-paced company with the ability to adapt as needed
