Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts within the clothing and cotton sector.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the company s client base.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic account planning.
- Track and report on account performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-7 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
