Account Executive (BTL Advertising)

Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, providing regular updates.

• Receive briefs, process them internally, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare creative briefs, status reports, contact reports, and media briefs when needed.
• Present and support creative work, send quotations/invoices, and follow up with clients.
• Build strong client relationships and proactively research market needs.
• Conduct market visits, prepare competitive reviews, and ensure client documents are filed and updated.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience and relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Flexibility to work outside regular office hours during events or activations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
