Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with strong communication skills, a passion for digital performance marketing, and a results-driven mindset. In this role, you will manage client accounts, drive revenue growth, and ensure flawless execution of client campaigns while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Oversee daily account operations to ensure efficient delivery of digital performance advertising solutions.
- Understand client objectives and develop tailored strategies to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand RPM s market presence.
- Monitor KPIs, campaign metrics, and performance dashboards to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support long-term strategic initiatives and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and performance reports to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams (media buying, analytics, compliance, and operations) to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, platform guidelines, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement through feedback, innovation, and proactive problem-solving.
- MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY (5/5) AS THIS IS AN AMERICAN COMPANY WITH ALL OF OUR WORK & CLIENTS IN USA
- 2 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development preferably in digital marketing, performance advertising, or tech.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, data dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and comfortable with revenue targets and incentives.
Desired Candidate Profile
