Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align on client needs and drive product improvements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while balancing company profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company, network with potential clients, and stay informed on market developments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the technology or services sector.
  • Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger) or project management (e.g., PMP) are highly regarded.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic account plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) is an advantage.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while being self-driven and motivated.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
