Roles & Responsibilities

Description

  • Managing Team of Social Media Moderators
  • Operating Tasks on the Notion platform.
  • Add all preliminary data to the customer on Notion and follow up on the addition of data and reports periodically.
  • Ensure that all access permits are taken to the customer's advertising and social media accounts.
  • Manage/ observe social media platforms and optimize when needed.
  • Organizing tasks & Working Closely with the Creative team.
  • Work to achieve the digital goals agreed upon with the client.
  • Sending monthly reports showing all the tasks and achievements during the month

Requirements

  • B.S. in Marketing, Business or equivalent education in related fields.
  • +1 year of experience as a Digital Account Executive.
  • Experience in using Account Management CRM Software (Notion, HubSpot, etc...) & MS Office Suit.
  • Digital Marketing Certificate is a must (diploma - course)
  • Digital Marketing Agency Background
  • KSA & GCC Clients Experience is preferred.
  • Ecommerce Experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with chatting and receiving calls
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Excellent Handling, Problem Solving, Account Management Skills.
  • Very good in English writing & speaking.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills.
  • An analytical mind.
