Your tasks
• Serve as the main point of con tact for a port fo lio of key clients
• Develop and execute stra tegic account plans aligned with cus tomer needs and com pany objectives
• Gen er ate cross-sell and upsell oppor tun it ies to grow account revenue
• Col lab or ate with internal teams (Deliv ery, Mar ket ing, Oper a tions) to ensure qual ity of ser vice and main tain high levels of cli ent sat is fac tion and retention
• Identify innov a tion and poten tial offer ings and accel er at ors within your port fo lio of customers
• Track and report on account per form ance met rics and identify poten tial risks and pro act ively imple ment mit ig a tion strategies
What do we expect from you?
• Proven exper i ence as an Account Man ager in a Data & ana lyt ics con sult ing or pro fes sional ser vices company
• Deep understanding and prefer ably hands-on experience with data ana lyt ics, data plat forms, cloud archi tec ture, and busi ness intel li gence tools
• Demon strated abil ity to develop and execute stra tegic account plans
• Strong inter per sonal, nego ti ation, and com mu nic a tion skills
• Com mer cial acu men and abil ity to identify growth oppor tun it ies in large enterprises
• Cus tomer-first mind set and res ults-driven approach
