Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist Account Managers in managing relationships with hotel partners and booking platform clients.

  • Update prices, availability, and room configurations on a daily basis.
  • Coordinate pricing and availability with the Bed Room team to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor market prices and support pricing decisions.
  • Communicate regularly with hotel managers regarding rates, availability, and updates.
  • Handle onboarding of new hotels by collecting rate plans, pricing, and required details.
  • Ensure all account data is accurate and up to date.

1-3 years of relevant experience in account management, client support, or hospitality services.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in using booking platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated interest in the hospitality or travel technology sector.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under changing schedules.
