Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.
  • Assist in interpreting client briefs and coordinating with creative, production, and procurement teams.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, cost estimates, and timelines under the supervision of the Senior Account Manager.
  • Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with client requirements, budget constraints, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, printers, and production houses to ensure accurate delivery of materials and services.
  • Provide on-site support during activations, events, and installations when required.
  • Track project documentation, including status reports, approvals, and delivery confirmations.
  • Escalate client issues, risks, or scope changes promptly to the Senior Account Manager.
  • Contribute to client satisfaction by delivering responsive, proactive, and professional service.
  • Support account profitability by managing costs effectively and preventing overruns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 2 years of hands-on BTL marketing experience at an agency, working across diverse industries ideally Real Estate, FMCG, Pharma, or Fintech.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of BTL marketing concepts, including events, activations, and experiential campaigns.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, project management, and reporting tools.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative spirit.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours when required for events or client needs.
