About the Role We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in event management, client servicing, and agency experience. The ideal candidate will be based in Dubai, bring a solid understanding of the GCC market, and excel at managing multiple clients and projects at the same time. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, enjoys building lasting client relationships, and has a passion for delivering exceptional brand experiences. The position follows a hybrid work model, offering the flexibility to work from home one day per week. Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of clients across diverse industries, ensuring top-quality service and long-term partnerships.
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events, activations, campaigns, and integrated communications projects.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing strategic recommendations and maintaining excellent communication throughout each project.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating with creative, production, and logistics teams.
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring quality, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
Collaborate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
Prepare proposals, cost estimates, reports, and client presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and market opportunities to proactively advise clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years in account management, client servicing, or events project management, preferably within an agency environment.
Regional Knowledge: Proven experience working in Dubai or the GCC region is essential. Languages: Fluency in English required; Arabic highly valued. Other languages such as Russian or Spanish are a plus.
Skills:
Strong experience managing multiple clients and large-scale events.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Sharp organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
