Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple events simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, production, and technical departments to develop tailored event solutions.
  • Prepare and present event proposals, budgets, and timelines to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment with objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep events on schedule and within budget.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure optimal terms and maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for each event, including contracts, invoices, and client communications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance event offerings.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in event account management, project management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and project management software.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional remote team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and event requirements.
