Roles & Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

  • Deployment of the commercial strategy: Design and implement an action plan aligned with macro/micro economic objectives and trends.
  • Active prospecting: Identify and engage new clients through calls, professional networks, events and partnerships.
  • Needs analysis: Understand the expectations of the local market regarding commercial information and propose suitable solutions.
  • Promoting Business Information solutions: Highlighting URBA360 and the financial excellence certification em>Quality Label/em> as levers of performance and trust.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Ensuring objectives are met, negotiating and finalizing contracts, and monitoring customer satisfaction.
  • Competitive intelligence: Analyze competitors' actions in order to adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Digitalisation: Mastering Coface tools (Icon/URBA, Broker Portal, EL Portal, Cofanet, EDM).
  • Quality of service: Ensure the achievement of KPIs and optimize the integration of business information.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience : 3-5 years in B2B sales development or business development, with a focus on the Maghreb region market.

  • Interpersonal skills : Strong ability to establish and maintain trusting relationships.
  • Communication : Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong sense of interpersonal skills.
  • Customer focus : Ability to understand customer needs and match them with our solutions.
  • Motivation and tenacity, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset .
  • Technical skills : Proficiency in Excel tools for reporting and analysis.
