Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

– Communication with clients from the assigned regions and assisting them with various inquiries. – Collecting and forwarding client feedback to the relevant departments in English.

– Conducting small research tasks related to understanding local market specifics.

Desired Candidate Profile

Language Requirements: Fluent English and Hindi are mandatory Knowledge of additional regional languages (e.g. Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Gujarati) is an advantage Understand local specifics: UPI payments, bank transfers, popular messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram), local holidays and work culture Contribute to client retention and overall customer satisfaction Experience or understanding of financial or fintech services is an asset Strong customer-oriented mindset and confident communication skills Ability to work with data and prepare reports in English Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
