Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present regular account performance reports, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all free zone regulations and company policies related to account management and operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting free zone operations.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their operational needs and aligning solutions to support their business objectives.
  • Monitor and manage client accounts, including order processing, contract administration, and timely resolution of inquiries or issues.

Skills:

  • English its required (Talk and Write - medium)
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows in industrial free zones or similar manufacturing settings.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Arabic; knowledge of English is necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, client relations, or business development within an Textile manufacturing environment.
