Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and technology requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursue upselling and cross-selling of HP and POLY products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product recommendations to clients.
  • Monitor account performance, track sales targets, and report on progress to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies and client expectations.
  • Stay updated on the latest HP and POLY product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing client relationships.
  • Experience in Carrying Quota and previous over achievement is a plus.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical product information to clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Odoo.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a Must
