Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met with tailored solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, and road transportation services.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell logistics services, driving revenue growth within existing accounts.

Monitor account performance, analyze service metrics, and provide regular reports to clients and management.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Oversee the end-to-end logistics process for clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.

Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and integration of services.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.

Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering exceptional customer service.

Strong understanding of logistics operations, including sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, and road transportation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and present findings to clients and stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
